Complete Content Control is provided through Simple Text Editing-  Site management and user administration are all simplified to a editing level similar to MS Word. Non-technical staff can easily manage and modify site information, add & change text, images, site links, etc…collect, store and manage organization data and documents or customize the overall presentation & layout of pages, data, and site information.

Enhanced Multi-level Security – Extensive security features let you fully manage your site and site access - use it as an Internet(public), Intranet(private) or Extranet(client portal), or any combination. You can develop and assign specific site and individual security roles to fit your needs - for admin, viewing, document and data access and more. Multiple registration options (from general to verified) allow to easily manage your user database.  

Document Storage – Securely store any organization documents, articles, staff information, meeting minutes, client documents or other digital asset (which is simple text to complex multi-media). These documents can be kept private for organization use only or setup for secured client access or made public for general access.  All files can be searchable by key word or category.

Transaction capabilities include taxes, shipping options, checkout and payment options.

Interactive Tools

  • Calendars – manage and provide event information online to membership, general public or privately, for (select)staff only. Events can be linked to documents providing additional meeting infomation to those with proper authority.
  • Photo Galleries- In addition to being able to add photographs to a page, you can also setup a “photo gallery” on a page which will thumbnail all your photos and when clicked on, expand with text that you manage.
  • Organization Directories – Set up secured directories for staff and membership. Directories can even include photographs to promote recognition.
  • Discussion & message boards – You may setup forums for online discussions of organization topics or issues. All forums may be set for general public use or for private only, for viewing or input only from authorized individuals.
  • Multiple addtional modules include - links, weather, mapquest, stock tickers, page counters, FAQ's, ...and much more
Multi-Media Enabled – You can easily add video, audio, virtual tour, & flash files.  Just set display parameters and add to the page.  It is easy to provide an ongoing audio or video library for public or private viewing.
Design and management Tools – let you build, customize, change or expand your site navigation, # of pages, site design and layout, color scheme, create specialty pop-ups, vendor directory, etc….you also receive site statistic tools to show you how much traffic your site is getting and specifically which pages/areas are being used.
